TV screen displays Error 'Line List' or 'Activation failed'

If You power on your IPTV box, It displays ' Line List',

Your IPTV box can't access internet in this time, It is possible that your IPTV box Wi-Fi and Ethernet are off status or your internet is broken, How to check it?  

 
 Step 1:  Please press Back (返回) for 3 times, then enter main interface
 
 Step 2:  Press  故障报修 button on your remote, Enter settings interface, If you connect IPTV box with an Ethernet cable, Please check whether Wi-Fi status is OFF and Ethernet status is ON, then make sure it is properly connected. (If your IPTV box connect internet with Wi-Fi, please make sure that Wi-Fi status is ON and Ethernet status is OFF )
 
 Step 3:  Then power off your IPTV box and on again, enter the main interface, The Ethernet icon is green if you connect IPTV box with an Ethernet cable, and the Wi-Fi  icon will be gray, at this time It will start to work, you can watch live TV now.
 
 Step 5:  If it still displays ' Line List', your IPTV box can't access internet, Maybe Ethernet cable is loose and can't connect with your router or IPTV box, Please pull out Ethernet cable and plug it into your router and IPTV box again. then power off your IPTV box and on again.
 
 Step 6:  if you have done it, but can't work yet and displays 'Line List', you try to put out the Ethernet cable from your IPTV box, then plug it into your computer, try it whether your computer can access internet. you must make sure that your internet can work normally.

If your IPTV box displays 'Activation failed, The Application is limited',  Please do it from Step 1 to Step 6;   
 
If your IPTV box displays 'Activation failed, The Application is limited',  but the Ethernet icon is green, and Wi-Fi icon is gray, (or Wi-Fi icon is green, and Ethernet icon is gray) It should be normal and can work, at this time you only need to recertify it, It will reconnect IPTV servers, then start to work soon.
 
Finally, You need to press home page '主页' on your remote, enter the following interface, then click Recertification '重新认证',  It will refresh your IPTV settings, and reconnect our IPTV servers.
